The 2026 Hangzhou Marathon starts on 1 November 2026. Hangzhou local media report that the field has grown from 32,000 to 36,000 runners, with 22,000 in the full marathon and 14,000 in the half marathon.
The full marathon finishes at the Hangzhou Olympic Sports Centre Stadium and the half marathon at Citizen Square. Registration opened at 10:00 Beijing time on 23 June 2026 to runners worldwide, with a second draw and a dedicated channel for overseas runners, and draw results due in late July 2026.
